On July 10, local time, during the 68th Conference of the Assemblies of the Member States of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), the WIPO 2026 Global Awards ceremony was held in Geneva, Switzerland. WIPO Director General Daren Tang presented the awards to representatives from the 11 award-winning enterprises.

A total of three Chinese enterprises won the WIPO Global Awards, ranking first globally in terms of the number of award winners. These enterprise winners represent the environment and health sectors. Among them, Botree (an SME in the environment sector) is dedicated to providing complete solutions for the sustainable development of key new energy materials; ArteryFlow (an SME in the health sector) focuses on precise and intelligent diagnosis, treatment, and solutions for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; Regend Therapeutics (a startup in the health sector) is committed to the research of autologous lung progenitor cell therapies.
