Professional Experience Mr. Zhang joined in the field of intellectual property since he graduated from the Intellectual Property Law School of Peking University in 1999. He has worked in NTD Patent and Trademark Agency Ltd. and CCPIT Patent and Trademark Law Office respectively for four years and five years, and in 2007 he joined in UNITALEN ATTORNEYS AT LAW. In the course of his career as a patent attorney and attorney at law, Mr. Zhang has dealt with a great amount of patent applications and prosecution issues covering the technical fields including computer science, telecommunication, image processing, electrics, electronics and semiconductor, general mechanism and material technology etc.. Mr. Zhang has an extensive patent opinion practice and has rendered legal opinions regarding patentability, clearance and patent infringement, and patent validity in the above various fields. Mr. Zhang has great experience in patent invalidation proceedings and patent right enforcement including patent infringement litigation as well as patent administrative dispute, and providing IP legal services for his foreign clients including many Global 500 companies. Mr. Zhang is also familiar with EP and US-related IP issues and was trained in Franklin Pierce College in New Hampshire in 2006.
