Unitalen – IPR Consultant at Sixth International Hardware Products Expo
The Sixth International Hardware Products Expo held by China National Hardware Electric and Chemical Products Commercial Association (CNHECPCA) will be officially opened on September 27, 2004 at the China International Exhibition Center. This is the biggest Asian and the world’s third biggest hardware exhibition, opening for the 105th time since its start in 1952 as Asia’s most representative and most authoritative large-scale international fair.

Unitalen Attorneys at Law, one of China’s most advanced, professional and large-scale intellectual property agencies, will take part in the Expo in its capacity of the CNHECPCA perennial IPR consultant.

More than 1600 enterprises and 80 thousand professionals from 25 countries and regions will participate during the three days of the exhibition, at which China will show the world its successful results in the hardware industry.

Entrusted with the maintenance of the fair, Unitalen Attorneys at Law will provide intellectual property consultation to all the participants and assist them in solving eventual intellectual property disputes. With professional advice and expertise Unitalen will help participating enterprises achieve better success by maturing their IPR strategies.

The Association’s only IPR legal adviser and partner, Unitalen has during the ten years of its establishment accumulated abundant professional experience, and has for its three years as a trademark agency become China’s biggest provider of this kind of legal services. Also an internationalized professional agency, Unitalen will offer legal services and intellectual property guidance for the success of the Expo.

This instance of cooperation between CNHECPCA and Unitalen shows that recognition of intellectual property rights by Chinese enterprises has already reached a certain stage. At the same time, with difference still existing between domestic and foreign enterprises in IPR protection awareness and IPR law permeation, importance should be laid on better protection by means of effective communication with professional agencies.
