Over 200 Famous Trademarks were filed in Bad faith in Hong Kong and Safeguarding Their Trademark Rights is of Urgency

Before long, in the routine trademark alert watch, Unitalen Attorneys at Law found that an enterprise named “Shenzhen Bo Lang Wen Science and Technology Development Co, Ltd” filed over 200 famous trademarks owned by the enterprises both at home and abroad.

These trademarks filed in bad faith include more than 40 well-known trademarks and over 150 famous trademarks, such as Hui Ren(汇仁), Tong Fang(同方), Galanz(格兰仕), Hei Mei(黑妹), San Qiang(三枪), Li Zhu(丽珠), Sen Da(森达), Jin Mai Lang(今麦郎), Wang Shouyi(王守义), Robust(乐百氏), Gou Bu Li(狗不理). It’s astonishing that so many well-known trademarks were filed in bad faith by the same company. The industry involves every walk of life, including chemicals, electronics, household appliance, vehicles, watches, musical instruments, dye, lube, instruments for medical purpose, paper, glass, building materials, food, wine, tobacco, insurance, tourism, transportation and storage of goods, telecommunication, restaurants.
