Swiss company wins case in China
Yancheng Luye Chemical Industry Ltd. and Yancheng Yongli Chemical Industry Ltd. reach an agreement with Switzerland-based Syngenta, a farm chemical company. Under the agreement, the two Chinese companies will pay funds to Syngenta as compensation and make a public apology because they violated the patent right of Syngenta's Thiamethoxam, a pesticide.
