Ms. Wang obtained a Master in Law degree and a PhD in Law degree from Peking University and Boston College, respectively. Ms. Wang has years of experience working in enterprises and as an American practicing lawyer. She held the positions in Mindray Bio-Medical Electronics Co., Ltd., Finnegan, Henderson, Farabow, Garrett & Dunner, LLP, and Shenzhen DJI Technology Co., Ltd. During her working in enterprises, she guided her team to win the Shenzhen Patent Award and the Guangdong Patent Gold Award, the Chinese Patent Gold award and Excellence Award, the Chinese Trademark Innovation Gold award, and a Special Award for Effective Use of the Madrid System for the International Registration of Marks, and she participated in legislation for UAV in China's central and local authorities, and continuously won the patent lawsuits in the USA. Ms. Wang possesses extensive experience in IP practice at home and abroad.
